The Mirowitz Center is seeking a restaurant owner/operator that is interested in
relocating its current business to a state of the art community cafe.

*100% subsidized rent and utilities
*Two state of the art full-service kitchens built in 2019
*A beautiful 80 seat dining room with multi-TV screens and patio dining
*Adjunct 120 seat multi-purpose room for event rentals
Operator responsibilities:
*Marketing and sales
*Menu preperation and pricing
*Management of the cafe, catering, etc.
*Delicious food, excellent customer service
*100% ownership of the P&L

Located in unincorporated St. Louis County, near Creve Coeur, on the Jewish Community Center campus ('J'). The 'J' brings thousands of people together each year with events, programs and in their fitness center. Positioned within the 39 North District redevelopment project including plans for a connecting community bike path through the campus. Adjacent to the new $18M planned St. Louis Holocaust Museum regional center. Annual visitors of 30,000 expected to grow with reopening in 2021.

About the Mirowitz Center
The Mirowitz Center is a 19,000 square foot, modern, state-of-the-art not-for-profit venue with
exceptional programs and amenities for the community. It's a place to meet new people and connect
with old friends. Prior to COVID-19, the Mirowitz Center had about 1500 visitors per month.
The Mirowitz Center and cafe comprise the first floor condominium unit within Covenant Place,
a senior housing community with over 400 residents.
